مجلة جامعة بيشة للعلوم التربوية تقبل مجموعة واسعة من أنواع المقالات لتلبية مختلف المنهجيات البحثية، والمناقشات الأكاديمية، والمساهمات العلمية. فيما يلي الأنواع الشائعة من المقالات التي يمكن نشرها في المجلة :

قواعد عامة

تشترط المجلة عدم تعارض المواد العلمية المقدمة للنشر مع ثوابت المملكة الراسخة وكذلك معايير النشر العالمية وضوابط وأخلاقيات البحث العلمي. تنشر المجلة البحوث والدراسات العلمية باللغتين العربية أو بالإنجليزية في مختلف مجالات العلوم التربوية والتي تناقش قضايا وموضوعات تسهم في توسيع آفاق المعرفة التربوية وفروعها على ألا يكون البحث المقدم للنشر مستلاً من رسالة علمية أو كتاب. تسعى المجلة إلى نشر البحوث التي تتسم بالجدة والأصالة، والمنهجية العلمية السليمة المتعارف عليها في كتابة البحوث العلمية.

إرسال البحوث

يتم من خلال النظام الالكترونى على موقع المجلة و فى حالة وجود مشكلة او صعوبة فى إرسال البحث الكترونيا يتم التواصل مع مدير تحرير المجلة حيث يعد ارسال البحث على الرابط تعهدا من قبل الباحث بموافقته واطلاعه والتزامه بشروط النشر بالمجلة.

متطلبات ارسال البحث

يجب على الباحث ان يستوفى البيانات التالية: (اسم الباحث كاملاً باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، الجنسية، السيرة الذاتية، بلد الاقامة، الدرجة العلمية، جهة العمل، التخصص العام، التخصص الدقيق، رقم الجوال، عنوان البحث باللغتين العربية والانجليزية، ملخص البحث باللغتين العربية والانجليزية على ألا يزيد عن (200) كلمة، وكذلك تحديد الكلمات المفتاحية للبحث.

عملية تحكيم البحوث

• لهيئة تحرير المجلة حق الفحص الأولي للبحث، وتقرير أهليته للتحكيم، أو الاعتذار عن نشره.
• تخضع جميع البحوث، بعد إجازتها من هيئة التحرير، للتحكيم العلمي على نحو سري.
• لا تنشر البحوث والمقالات في المجلة إلا بعد أن يجيز صلاحيتها للنشر محكمان متخصصان.
• في حالة عدم قبول هيئة التحرير للبحث أو المادة المراد نشرها، تُرسل إدارة المجلة خطاب اعتذار عن عدم النشر، مع أحقيتها في عدم إبداء الأسباب.
• لا يجوز إعادة نشر الأبحاث المنشورة في المجلة أو المقبولة للنشر، في أي منفذ نشر آخر -ورقي أو إلكتروني- إلا بإذن كتابي من رئيس تحرير المجلة بجامعة بيشة.
• لا تقبل البحوث المنطوية على أعمال دعائية، أو التي لا تتبع الأسلوب العلمي، أو التي تتناول مواقف شخصية غير مقبولة نظاماً.
• الباحث مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن صحة النقل من المراجع المستخدمة كما أن هيئة تحرير المجلة غير مسؤولة عن أية سرقة علمية تتم في هذه البحوث، وعند ثبوت ذلك يتم سحب البحث من العدد وللمجلة اتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات حيال الباحث.
• يراعى فـي كتابة البحث عدم إيراد اسم الباحث أو الباحثين صراحة، أو بأي إشارة تكشف عن ‏هويته، أو هوياتهم، وإنما تستخدم كلمة (الباحث، أو الباحثين) بدلاً من الاسم، سواء فـي المتن، أو التوثيق، أو فـي قائمة ‏المراجع.
• تبلغ إدارة المجلة الباحث بقرار صلاحية بحثه للنشر، أو عدم صلاحيته خلال (12) أسبوعاً من تاريخ بدء التحكيم.
• يُرسل البحث إلى اثنين من المحكمين المختصين في موضوعه، فإن اختلف رأيهما، أُرسل إلى ثالث لتقديم توصية ترجيحية.
• البحوث التي يقترح المحكمون إجراء تعديلات جوهرية عليها تعاد لأصحابها مشفوعة بملحوظات المحكمين؛ لإجراء التعديلات وتعاد للمحكم مرة أخرى.
• البحوث التي يقترح المحكمون إجراء تعديلات غير جوهرية عليها تعاد لأصحابها مشفوعة بملحوظات المحكمين؛ ويتم تقييم التزام الباحث بالتعديلات في الفحص النهائي من قبل عضو هيئة التحرير المتخصص.
• توصية هيئة التحكيم في الفحص النهائي هي الفيصل في صلاحية البحث للنشر.

قواعد النشر الفنية

يشترط تنسيق البحوث المقدمة للنشر في مجلة جامعة بيشة للعلوم التربوية على النحو الآتي:

1. يكتب عنوان البحث، واسم الباحث/الباحثين، والمؤسسة التي ينتمي/ينتمون إليها، وعنوان المراسلة، وتاريخ البحث، على صفحة ‏‏مستقلة قبل صفحات البحث، ويجب عدم ذكر اسم الباحث/الباحثين في صلب البحث، أو أية إشارات تكشف عن أشخاصهم من أجل ضمان سرية عملية التحكيم.
2. تقديم ملخصين للبحث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بحد أقصى (200) كلمة، ويكون كل ملخص في صفحة مستقلة، على أن يحتوي كل ملخص على عنوان البحث (لا يتجاوز عشرين كلمة)، وكلمات مفتاحية (لا تتجاوز (5) كلمات)، ثم صفحات البحث، بدءً بالصفحة الأولى حيث يكتب عنوان البحث فقط متبوعاً بكامل البحث.
3. يجب ألا يتجاوز صفحات البحث المقدم للنشر (30) صفحة، متضمنة الملخصين: العربي، ‏‏والإنجليزي، والمراجع.
4. تكتب البحوث المقدمة للنشر باستخدام برنامج محرر النصوص (WORD) مقاس (A4)، وبمسافة مفردة بين الأسطر، وبهوامش (2,5 سم كحد أدنى) لكل من أعلى وأسفل وجانبي الصفحة.
5. يستعمل لمتن البحث باللغة العربية الخط (Traditional Arabic) مقاس (16)، والعنوان الرئيسي مقاس (16) عريض، والحاشية العربي خط (Traditional Arabic) مقاس (12).
6. يستعمل لمتن البحث باللغة الإنجليزية الخط (Times New Roman) مقاس (14)، والعنوان الرئيسي مقاس (18) عريض، والحاشية خط (Times New Roman) مقاس (10).
7. تستخدم الأرقام العربية (Arabic… 1,2,3,4) سواء في متن البحث أو ترقيم الصفحات أو الجداول أو الأشكال.
8. يتم توثيق المراجع العربية والأجنبية سواء داخل البحث أو في قائمة المراجع، وفقاً لنظام جمعية علم النفس الأمريكية (American Psychological Association – APA –7th ED).
9. على الباحث التأكد من السلامة اللغوية للبحث، والتأكد من خلوه من الأخطاء اللغوية والنحوية.
10. يتم تنظيم البحث وفق العناصر التالية:
    • مقدمة البحث،
    • مشكلة البحث،
    • أسئلة البحث أو فروضه (إن وجدت)،
    • أهداف البحث،
    • أهمية البحث،
    • حدود البحث،
    • مصطلحات البحث،
    • الإطار النظري مدمجاً مع الدراسات السابقة،
    • منهج البحث،
    • مجتمع البحث وعينته،
    • أدوات البحث مع التأكد من صدقها وثباتها،
    • الأساليب الإحصائية،
    • عرض نتائج البحث ومناقشتها وتفسيرها،
    • التوصيات،
    • المراجع.

لا تُلزم المجلة بإعطاء الباحث نسخ ورقية من بحثه أو العدد الذي صدر فيه بحثه، ويكتفى في ذلك بإرسال النسخ الإلكترونية.

Article Types Accepted by UBJ-ES:

UBJ-ES accepts a wide range of article types to accommodate different research methodologies, scholarly discussions, and academic contributions. Below are the common types of articles that can be published in UBJ-ES:

General Rules:

The journal requires that submitted scientific materials for publication do not conflict with the established principles of the Kingdom or with global publishing standards and research ethics.
The journal publishes scientific research and studies in Arabic and English across various fields of educational sciences, addressing issues and topics that contribute to expanding educational knowledge and its branches. Submissions must not be extracted from a thesis or a book.
The journal is committed to publishing original and innovative research that adheres to recognized scientific methodologies and maintains academic integrity in scholarly writing.

Manuscript Submission:

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal's online system. In case of any technical issues or difficulties with online submission, authors may contact the Managing Editor for assistance. Submitting a manuscript via the designated submission link constitutes a formal acknowledgment by the author, confirming their understanding, acceptance, and commitment to the journal’s publishing policies and guidelines.

Manuscript Submission Requirements:

Authors must provide the following information when submitting their manuscript:

• Full name (in both Arabic and English)
• Nationality
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Country of residence
• Academic degree
• Affiliation (Institution/Employer)
• General specialization
• Specific specialization
• Mobile number
• Manuscript title (in both Arabic and English)
• Abstract (in both Arabic and English, not exceeding 200 words)
• Keywords relevant to the research

Ensuring all required information is accurately provided will facilitate the submission and review process.

Peer-Review Process:

• The Editorial Board has the right to conduct an initial review of the submitted research and determine its eligibility for peer review or reject it.
• All approved manuscripts undergo a confidential scientific peer-review process.
• Research articles and studies are only published after receiving approval from two specialized reviewers.
• If the Editorial Board rejects a manuscript, the journal's administration will issue a rejection notice without the obligation to provide specific reasons.
• Published or accepted research cannot be republished in any print or electronic medium without written permission from the Editor-in-Chief of the University of Bisha Journal.
• The journal does not accept submissions that contain promotional content, lack scientific methodology, or express personal opinions that are not academically or ethically appropriate.
• The author is fully responsible for the accuracy of references and citations. The Editorial Board is not liable for any plagiarism; if plagiarism is detected, the research will be withdrawn from publication, and necessary actions will be taken against the author.
• To ensure anonymous peer review, the manuscript should not include the author’s name(s) or any identifying references. Instead, the terms “Author” or “Authors” should be used in the main text, citations, and references.
• The journal’s administration will notify authors of the acceptance or rejection of their manuscript within 12 weeks from the start of the peer-review process.
• Each submitted manuscript is sent to two specialized reviewers in the relevant field. If their evaluations differ significantly, the manuscript is referred to a third reviewer for a final recommendation.
• If major revisions are suggested by the reviewers, the manuscript is returned to the author(s) along with the reviewers' comments. The revised manuscript must be resubmitted for re-evaluation by the same reviewers.
• If minor revisions are recommended, the manuscript is returned to the author(s) with the reviewers' comments. The Editorial Board member specializing in the field will assess whether the author has adequately addressed the required modifications.
• The final decision on the manuscript’s suitability for publication is based on the review panel's recommendations following the final assessment.

Technical Publishing Guidelines

Manuscripts submitted for publication in the University of Bisha Journal for Educational Sciences must be formatted according to the following guidelines:

1. The title page should be separated from the main manuscript and must include:
   • The title of the research,
   • The name(s) of the author(s),
   • The affiliated institution(s),
   • The corresponding author’s contact information,
   • The submission date.
   • To ensure blind peer review, the author(s) must not be identified in the manuscript itself or in any references that might reveal their identity.
2. The manuscript must include two abstracts, one in Arabic and one in English, each not exceeding 200 words. Each abstract should be on a separate page and must contain:
   • The research title (not exceeding 20 words),
   • Keywords (maximum of 5 words).
   • The main body of the manuscript should begin on a new page, with the research title followed by the full content of the paper.
3. The total length of the manuscript, including abstracts (Arabic and English) and references, must not exceed 30 pages.
4. Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word, formatted on A4 paper size, with single-line spacing and minimum margins of 2.5 cm on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).
5. Font specifications:
   • For manuscripts written in Arabic:
     • Main text: Traditional Arabic, size 16.
     • Main headings: Traditional Arabic, bold, size 16.
     • Footnotes: Traditional Arabic, size 12.
   • For manuscripts written in English:
     • Main text: Times New Roman, size 14.
     • Main headings: Times New Roman, bold, size 18.
     • Footnotes: Times New Roman, size 10.
6. Arabic numerals (1,2,3,4… etc.) should be used throughout the manuscript, including in the main text, page numbers, tables, and figures.
7. Referencing Style:
   • Both Arabic and foreign references must be cited within the text and listed in the reference section according to the American Psychological Association (APA - 7th Edition) referencing style.
8. Authors are responsible for ensuring the linguistic accuracy of their manuscripts, making sure they are free from grammatical and spelling errors.
9. The manuscript should be structured according to the following sections:
   • Introduction,
   • Research Problem,
   • Research Questions or Hypotheses (if applicable),
   • Objectives of the Research,
   • Significance of the Research,
   • Scope and Limitations of the Study,
   • Definition of Key Terms,
   • Theoretical Framework (integrated with previous studies),
   • Research Methodology,
   • Study Population and Sample,
   • Research Instruments (with validity and reliability tests),
   • Statistical Methods,
   • Presentation, Discussion, and Interpretation of Results,
   • Recommendations,
   • References.

The journal is not obligated to provide authors with printed copies of their published research or the issue in which their research appears. Instead, only electronic copies will be provided.
