اثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات البحث الاجرائي وقياس فعاليته لدى معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بمحافظة المجمعة
Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the effectiveness of a training program devoted to developing procedural research skills of social studies teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and quasi-experimental approach for a sample group consisting of 20 teachers, to whom a cognitive test was applied for pre and post measurement of the degree to which teachers acquire the knowledge and skills of procedural research. The study concluded that, there are statistically significant differences in the average degrees of the cognitive aspect related to the procedural research skills between the pre and post measurements, in favor of the post measurement. To determine the effectiveness of the training program, the effect size was calculated through the equation of eta square η^2, which reached to 0.84, which is a high effect size. The study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences in the average total degree of the skills aspect related to procedural research skills between pre and post measurement in favor of the post –measurement. To determine the effectiveness of the training program, the size of the effect was calculated reaching 0.98, which is a high effect size.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج تدريبي في تنمية مهارات البحث الاجرائي لدى معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وشبه التجريبي للمجموعة الواحدة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 20 معلماً، طُبق عليهم اختبار معرفي لقياس درجة امتلاك المعلمين للمعارف والمهارات الخاصة بالبحث الاجرائي قبلياً وبعدياً، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات الجانب المعرفي المرتبط بمهارات البحث الاجرائي بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي ولصالح القياس البعدي ولتحديد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي، تم حساب حجم الأثر من خلال معادلة مربع إيتاη^2 الذي بلغ 0.84 وهو حجم تأثير مرتفع، كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط الدرجة الكلية للجانب المهارى المرتبط بمهارات البحث الاجرائي بين القياس القبلي والبعدي لصالح القياس البعدي، ولتحديد فعالية البرنامج التدريبي تم حساب حجم التأثير الذي بلغ 0.98 وهو حجم تأثير مرتفع.
