درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام العلمية للشفافية الادارية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the heads of scientific departments to administrative transparency and its relationship to the motivation of achievement among faculty members at the University of Bisha. It relied on the descriptive correlational method. Results show that the degree of application of administrative transparency by the heads of the scientific departments is high, the degree of achievement motivation among faculty members is medium, there is a positive correlation between administrative transparency and the motivation for achievement, there are no significant differences in administrative transparency or in the motivation for achievement due to the demographic variables of the study.
الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام العلمية للشفافية الادارية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة بيشة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي ، واستعانت بالاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات جامعة بيشة، وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أبرزها أن درجة تطبيق رؤساء الأقسام العلمية للشفافية الادارية كبيرة، مستوى الدافعية للانجاز لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس متوسطة، هناك ارتباط إيجابي بين الشفافية الادارية والدافعية للانجاز، لا توجد فروقا دالة في الشفافية الادارية أو في الدافعية للانجاز ترجع الى المتغيرات الديمغرافية للدراسة
