التطوير المهني لشاغلي الوظائف التعليمية أثناء جائحة كورونا: الفرص والتحديات

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the opportunities and challenges for the professional development of educational occupants during the Corona pandemic, as well as to identify the efforts of the Ministry of Education in this aspect. The study revealed the obstacles to professional development for educational occupants during the Corona pandemic and the mechanisms and opportunities for professional development. The study also revealed the statistically significant differences about Obstacles to professional development for educational occupants during the Corona pandemic according to (gender, years of experience, current work, and quality). The study used the descriptive survey method and developed a questionnaire as an instrument, which is a three-axis questionnaire with a total of (33) items. The instrument was applied to a sample of (469) of workers in educational jobs that were chosen randomly through the electronic application of the search tool. The results of the study showed a great interest in the development of the workers in remote educational jobs to a high degree. The Ministry and the education departments were keen to prepare the occupants of educational jobs for professional development remotely during the Corona pandemic and to deal quickly through the use of modern technology that suffers from the poor use of most of the occupants of educational jobs. The study recommended the need to develop solutions and a stimulus system for remote professional development and conduct some specialized studies on the added value of remote professional development, measuring its impact, and diversifying the methods of training and professional development remotely.

الملخص

يهدف البحث إلى معرِفةِ الفرص والتحديات للتطوير المهني لشاغلي الوظائف التعليمية أثناء جائحة كورونا، والوقوف على جهود وزارة التعليم في هذا الجانب، والتّعرُّف إلى مُعِيقاتِ التطوير المهني لشاغلي الوظائف التعليمية أثناء الجائحة، والكشف عن آليات وفرص التطوير المهني، وتحديد الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية حول مُعيقات التطوير المهني لشاغلي الوظائف التعليمية أثناء جائحة كورونا باختلاف (النوع، وسنوات الخبرة، والعمل الحالي، والصفة)، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف جرى تصميمُ أداة البحث، وهي عبارة عن استبانة ذات ثلاث محاور بإجمالي (33) عبارة، كما جرى حساب الثبات والصدق للأداة كُلِّيًّا، وحساب الثبات لكل محور من محاورها، وبعد ذلك طُبِّقَت الأداة على عينة عددها (469) من شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية اختِيرَتْ بطريقة عشوائية عن طريق التطبيق الإلكتروني لأداة البحث.، وأسفرت النتائج عن اهتمام كبير بتطوير شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية عن بعد بدرجة عالية؛ حيث حرصت الوزارة وإدارات التعليم على تهيئة شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية للتّطوُّر المهنِيّ عن بُعد خلال الجائحة والتعامل من خلال استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي يعاني من ضعف استخدامها مُعظَم شاغلي الوظائف التعليمية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع حلول ونظام تحفيز للتطوير المهني عن بعد وإجراء بعض الدراسات المتخصصة حول القيمة المضافة للتطوير المهني عن بعد وقياس أثره والتنويع في أساليب التدريب والتطوير المهني عن بعد.
