Abstract

The study aimed to identify the extent of knowledge of the role of educational indicators in evaluating educational performance in schools, as well as to identify the reasons and justifications for the role of educational indicators in evaluating educational performance in schools of the two crosses sector. To achieve the objectives of the study, the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting field data, and the study sample reached (28) individuals, and to analyze the study data, many descriptive statistical methods included in the SPSS statistical package were employed, and the most prominent results of the study are: The study sample strongly agree that there is a role for educational indicators in evaluating educational performance in the schools of the two occasions, the majority of the study sample strongly agree that there are very important reasons and justifications for the role of educational indicators in evaluating educational performance The majority of the study sample strongly agree on the appropriateness of the school environment with educational indicators in evaluating educational performance in the schools of the two occasional sectors. The study recommended working to strengthen the role of school principals in developing educational indicators through the exchange of reports that include the weaknesses observed to address them, and the establishment of workshops and training courses for school principals and teachers as well on the vital and important role of improving the methods of measuring and evaluating educational indicators in the schools of the two crosses sector, the need to support the school administration for the school environment by all modern means to develop teaching methods and work to benefit from the experiences of other educational institutions in this field.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى معرفة دور المؤشرات التعليمية في تقويم الأداء التعليمي بمدارس، وكذلك التعرف على دواعي ومبررات دور المؤشرات التعليمية في تقويم الاداء التعليمي بمدارس قطاع العرضيتين. ولبلوغ أهداف الدراسة اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الميدانية، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (28) فرد، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة، تم توظيف العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والمتضمنة بالحزمة الإحصائية SPSS، ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: أن عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على أن هنالك دوراً للمؤشرات التعليمية في تقويم الأداء التعليمي بمدارس العرضيتين، الأكثرية من عينة الدراسة يوافقون بشدة على أن هنالك دواعي ومبررات مهمة جداً لدور المؤشرات التعليمية في تقويم الأداء التعليمي بمدارس قطاع العرضيتين، أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على وجود اهتمام لدى مديرو المدارس بالمؤشرات التعليمية في تقويم الأداء التعليمي، الأكثرية من عينة الدراسة موافقون بشدة على ملائمة بيئة المدارس بالمؤشرات التعليمية في تقويم الأداء التعليمي بمدارس قطاع العرضيتين. وأوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تدعيم دور مديرو المدارس في تطوير المؤشرات التعليمية من خلال تبادل التقارير التي تشتمل على نقاط الضعف الملاحظة لعلاجها، وإقامة ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية لمدراء المدارس والمعلمين أيضاً حول الدور الحيوي والمهم لتجويد أساليب قياس وتقويم المؤشرات التعليمية بمدارس قطاع العرضيتين، ضرورة دعم إدارة المدرسة للبيئة المدرسية
