تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريبي قائم على البراعة الرياضية لدى معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية
Abstract
The current research aims to build a proposed training program for the development of mathematical dexterity skills for primary school mathematics teachers, and to achieve the research objectives, a list of indicators was prepared to achieve the appropriate mathematical dexterity skills for the primary stage, which amounted to (15) indicators distributed over the five mathematical dexterity skills, and through the application of the search tool on Primary school teachers, where the sample amounted to 35 teachers, it was found that there is a great need for these needs, and in light of this, the proposed training program was prepared, and a set of recommendations and proposals were presented.
الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتنمية مهارات البراعة الرياضية لدى معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد قائمة بالمؤشرات لتحقيق مهارات البراعة الرياضية المناسبة للمرحلة الابتدائية التي بلغت (15) مؤشر موزعة على مهارات البراعة الرياضية الخمسة، ومن خلال تطبيق أداة البحث على معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية حيث بلغت العينة 35 معلماً، تبين وجود حاجة كبيرة لهذه الاحتياجات، وفي ضوء ذلك تم إعداد البرنامج التدريبي المقترح ، كما تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
