Abstract

The study aimed to provide a proposed vision for the role of community partnership in supporting scientific research at Shaqra University to achieve the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. The study relied on the descriptive approach. The study sample represented by faculty members at Shaqra University. The study concluded that the role of community partnership in supporting scientific research at Shaqra University in the light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 from the point of view of the study sample is achieved to a moderate degree, and the obstacles to the role of community partnership in supporting scientific research at Shaqra University medium blonde,The study presented a proposed vision for the role of community partnership in supporting scientific research at Shaqra University to achieve the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030. One of its most prominent features is transforming the recommendations of scientific research, conferences and seminars that serve the institutions of the community surrounding the university into applied procedures and follow-up on their activation, and specialized research work and events within the university for the benefit of productive community institutions. According to partnerships with specific mechanisms and controls agreed upon by both parties to achieve mutual benefit, and to create a joint database between the university as a research entity and community institutions to exchange data, information, and scientific and applied consultations between the two parties.

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لدور الشراكة المجتمعية في دعم البحث العلمي بجامعة شقراء لتحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وبلغ عدد مجتمع وعينة الدراسة (432) عضو هيئة تدريس بكليات الجامعة بمحافظة الدوادمي، واستعانت بالاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات من عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن دور الشراكة المجتمعية في دعم البحث العلمي بجامعة شقراء في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، كما أن معوقات دور الشراكة المجتمعية في دعم البحث العلمي بجامعة شقراء متحقق بدرجة متوسطة، وقدمت الدراسة تصورا مقترحا لدور الشراكة المجتمعية في دعم البحث العلمي بجامعة شقراء لتحقيق رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 من أبرز ملامحه تحويل توصيات البحوث العلمية والمؤتمرات والندوات التي تخدم مؤسسات المجتمع المحيط بالجامعة إلى إجراءات تطبيقية ومتابعة تفعيلها، وعمل وحدات بحثية متخصصة داخل الجامعة لمصلحة مؤسسات المجتمع الإنتاجية وفق شراكات بآليات وضوابط محددة متفق عليها من كلا الطرفين لتحقيق المنفعة المشتركة، وعمل قاعدة بيانات مشتركة بين الجامعة كجهة بحثية وبين مؤسسات المجتمع لتبادل البيانات والمعلومات والاستشارات العلمية والتطبيقية بين الطرفين.
