Abstract

Abstract: The research aimed to reveal the impact of a proposed training program based on flipped learning and its impact on the development of scientific research skills for graduate students at the College of Education, King Khalid University from the point of view of faculty members in Saudi universities, where the sample consisted of faculty members in the faculties of education in some Saudi universities of (24) faculty members, to determine the skills of scientific research in the Delphi style, and the sample of graduate students at the master's and doctoral stages at the College of Education, King Khalid University, consisted of ( 27) female students, where a list of scientific research skills identified by faculty members was reached, and the training program based on flipped learning was designed according to this list, and the research tools were a cognitive test, and a note card to measure the scientific research skills of master's and doctoral students (research sample), and the results showed: The existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the average ranks of students' grades in the pre-post application of the cognitive test of scientific research skills as a whole in favor of the post-application, "There are differences Statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between the average ranks of students' grades in the pre-post application of the performance observation card as a whole, and for each axis of scientific research skills in favor of the post-application, and the size of the impact of the proposed training program was large on both the cognitive side and the performance side of scientific research skills, and in light of the results, the research recommended benefiting from the training program in teaching graduate students and introducing flipped learning as a strategy in teaching scientific research skills through related courses. الملخص

هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على التعلم المقلوب وأثره على تنمية مهارات البحث العلمي لطلبة الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية جامعة الملك خالد من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات السعودية ، حيث تكونت العينة أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية ببعض الجامعات السعودية من (24) عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس، لتحديد مهارات البحث العلمي بأسلوب الدلفاي، كما تكونت عينة طلبة الدراسات العليا بمرحلتي الماجستير والدكتوراه بكلية التربية جامعة الملك خالد، من (27) طالبة، حيث تم التوصل إلى قائمة بمهارات البحث العلمي التي حددها أعضاء هيئة التدريس، كما تصميم البرنامج التدريبي القائم على التعلم المقلوب وفق هذه القائمة، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار معرفي، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس مهارات البحث العلمي لدى طلبة الماجستير والدكتوراه(عينة البحث)، وأظهرت النتائج: وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات الطلبة في التطبيق القبلي- البعدي للاختبار المعرفي لمهارات البحث العلمي ككل لصالح التطبيق البعدي"، وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات الطلبة في التطبيق القبلي- البعدي لبطاقة ملاحظة الجانب الأدائي ككل، ولكل محور من محاور مهارات البحث العلمي لصالح التطبيق البعدي"، وكان حجم تأثير البرنامج التدريبي المقترح كبير على كل من الجانب المعرفي والجانب الأدائي لمهارات البحث العلمي، وعلى ضوء النتائج أوصى البحث بالاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي في تدريس طلبة الدراسات العليا وإدخال التعلم المقلوب كاستراتيجية في تدريس مهارات البحث العلمي من خلال المقررات ذات الارتباط. الكلمات المفتاحية: البرنامج التدريبي – التعلم المقلوب – مهارات البحث العلمي.
