Abstract

Abstract: the study aimed to identify the habits of mind that should be included in the science course for the third intermediate grade, and to reveal the extent to which the habits of the mind are included in the science course for the third intermediate grade. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive approach was followed by the method of content analysis, as the study population and its sample included science books for the grade The third average for the first and second semesters, 1443 AH-2021 AD, the content analysis card was used as a study tool. The main results of the study are as follows: 1. A list of the habits of the mind that should be included in the science course for the third intermediate grade. 2 The average percentage of the inclusion of habits of mind in the science course for the third intermediate grade, with a total rate of (20%), with a very low degree of inclusion. 3 There is a discrepancy in the inclusion of the habits of the mind in the science course for the third intermediate grade. In light of these results, the study recommends benefiting from the list of habits of the mind that the study found in developing other science courses, and the need to achieve a balance in including habits of the mind in the science course for the third intermediate grade, achieving integration, sequencing, and inclusiveness between the habits of the mind, and focusing on the minimum limits of habits of the mind in Curricula and gradually strengthening them at each stage to suit the characteristics of growth and mental ability of students at each stage, and reviewing the content of the science course for the third intermediate grade in line with international standards and experiences

الملخص

هدفت الدراسةُ إلى التعرفِ على عاداتِ العقلِ التي ينبغي تضمينُها في مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسطِ، والكشفُ عن مدى تضمينِ عاداتِ العقلِ في مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسطِ.، ولتحقيقِ هدف الدراسةِ تمَّ اتباعُ المنهجِ الوصفيِّ بأسلوبِ تحليلِ المحتوى، حيثُ شملَ مجتمعُ الدراسةِ مقرراتِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسطِ للفصلينِ الدراسيينَ الأولِ والثاني، 1443ه-2021م، فيما تمثلت أداة الدراسة في بطاقة تحليل المحتوى. وأهمُّ ما أسفرتْ عنهُ الدراسةُ منْ نتائجِ ما يلي: 1.قائمةٌ بعاداتِ العقلِ التي ينبغي تضمينُها في مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسط. 2.متوسطُ النسبِ المئويةِ لتضمينِ عاداتِ العقلِ في مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسطِ بنسبةٍ إجماليةٍ بلغتْ (20%)، بدرجةِ تضمينٍ منخفضةٍ جداً. 3.يتضحُ وجودُ تباينٍ في تضمينِ عاداتِ العقلِ في مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ متوسطٌ. في ضوءِ هذهِ النتائجِ توصي الدراسةُ بالإفادةِ من قائمةِ عاداتِ العقلِ التي توصلت إليها الدراسةُ في تطويرِ مقرراتِ العلومِ الأخرى، وضرورةِ تحقيقِ التوازنِ في تضمينِ عاداتِ العقلِ في مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسطِ وتحقيقِ التكاملِ والتتابعِ والشمولِ بينَ عاداتِ العقلِ، والتركيزِ على الحدودِ الدنيا من عاداتِ العقلِ في المناهجِ وتقويتِها بالتدريجِ في كلِّ مرحلةٍ من المراحلِ لتناسبِ خصائصِ النموِّ والقدرةِ العقليةِ للطلابِ في كلِّ مرحلةٍ، وإعادةِ النظرِ في محتوى مقررِ العلومِ للصفِّ الثالثِ المتوسطِ بما يتلاءمُ معَ المعاييرِ والتجاربِ العالميةِ.
