تصور مقترح لاستخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين أداء إدارة المدارس الابتدائية بقطاع أحد المسارحة والحرث
Abstract
The research aimed to assess the benefits of using electronic applications to enhance the performance of primary school management. It identified the obstacles to implementing electronic management for administrative improvement in primary schools in a specific sector in Al-Masarah and Al-Harth, according to the perspectives of school directors. The study also examined the impact of years of experience on the actual use of electronic management to improve the administration of primary schools. The research followed a descriptive survey methodology, with a simple random sample of 50 female school directors. The research tool was a questionnaire consisting of (40) statements distributed across two axes (positives and obstacles). The results showed a high level of positivity regarding the benefits of using educational management to improve primary school administration. The obstacles to utilizing electronic management for administrative improvement in primary schools in the specified sector were found to be moderate. No statistically significant differences were found in the impact of years of experience at the 0.05 significance level. Based on these results, the research proposed a conceptual framework for using electronic management to enhance administrative performance in primary schools in Al-Masarah and Al-Harth. Additionally, the study provided a set of recommendations and suggestions.
الملخص
استهدف البحث تقييم إيجابيات استخدام التطبيقات الإلكترونية لتحسين أداء إدارة المدارس الابتدائية، وتعرف معوقات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين الأداء الإداري بالمدارس الابتدائية بقطاع أحد المسارحة والحرث من وجهة نظر مديرات المدارس، وتعرف تأثير متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في واقع استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين أداء إدارة المدارس الابتدائية، وتقديم تصور مقترح لاستخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين الأداء الإداري بالمدارس الابتدائية، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي؛ حيث تمثلت عينة البحث في عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ عددها ) 50 ( مديرة، وتمثلت أداة البحث في الاستبانة التي اشتملت على ) 40 ( عبارة وزعت على محورين )الإيجابيات والمعوقات(، وقد أسفرت النتائج عن مستوى مرتفع لإيجابيات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء إدارة المدارس الابتدائية، كما جاء مستوى معوقات استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين الأداء الإداري بالمدارس الابتدائية متوسطًًا، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ) 0.05 ( تُُعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة في واقع استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين أداء إدارة المدارس الابتدائية، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدم البحث تصورًًا مقترحاًً لاستخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحسين الأداء الإداري بالمدارس الابتدائية بقطاع أحد المسارحة والحرث، كما قدم البحث مجموعة من التوصيات، والمقترحات.
