Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of application of school performance leadership indicators in the field of learning outcomes indicators. The researcher followed the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The study community included educational supervisors in the education offices in Riyadh, numbering (380) educational supervisors. The researcher chose the sample using a simple random method, which amounted to (235) educational supervisors. The results concluded that the level of application of school performance leadership indicators among female leaders of government schools in Riyadh was high with a general arithmetic mean of (3.65) and a standard deviation of (0.65). The results also showed that there was a high degree of agreement among members of the study community on the obstacles to applying school performance leadership indicators among female leaders of government schools in Riyadh with an arithmetic mean of (3.95) and a standard deviation of (0.72). The results also showed that there was a high degree of agreement among members of the study community on the proposals. Which can contribute to addressing the obstacles to implementing school performance leadership indicators with an arithmetic mean of (3.97) and a standard deviation of (0.89). The study also recommended that the Ministry of Education provide schools with international test guides and questions and issue a booklet of aptitude and achievement questions.

الملخص

هدفت ال رِدِّاسة إلى التعرُُّف على مستوى تطبيق مؤ ر شِّرات قيادة الأداء المدرسي وذلك في مجال مؤ ر شِّرات نواتج التعلُُّم، واِِتََّبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وشمل مجتمع ال رِدِّاسة المشرفات التربويات بمكاتب التعليم بمدينة الرياض والبالغ عددهن ) 380 ( مُُشرفة تربويََّة، واختارت الباحثة الع نِيِّة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، والتي بلغت ) 235 ( مُُشرفة تربويََّة، وخلََصََت للنتائج إلى أن مستوى تطبيق مؤ ر شِّرات قيادة الأداء المدرسي لدى قائدات المدارس الحكوميََّة بمدينة الرياض جاءت بدرجة عالية بمتوسط حسابي العام ) 3.65 ( وانحراف معياري ) 0.65 (،كما بيََّنت النتائج أن هناك موافقة بدرجة عالية بين أفراد مجتمع ال رِدِّاسة على معوقات تطبيق مؤ ر شِّرات قيادة الأداء المدرسي لدى قائدات المدارس الحكوميََّة بمدينة الرياض بمتوسط حسابي ) 3.95 ( وانحراف معياري ) 0.72 (، كما أوضحت النتائج أن هناك موافقة بدرجة عالية بين أفراد مجتمع ال رِدِّاسة على المقترحات التي يمكن أن تُُساهِِم في مُُعالجة معوقات تطبيق مؤ ر شِّرات قيادة الأداء المدرسي بمتوسط حسابي ) 3.97 ( وانحراف معياري ) 0.89 (. كما أوصت الدراسة بقيام وزارة التعليم بتزويد المدارس بحقائب أدلة وأسئلة الاختبارات الدوليََّة وإصدار كُُتيب لأسئلة القدرات والتحصيليََّة.
