مدى توافر البيئة الرقمية في مدارس المدينة المنورة واتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات نحوها
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the availability of a digital environment in Madinah schools and teachers’ attitudes towards it. The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach using a questionnaire, one of the most widespread and commonly used research tools across various scientific fields. It is more effective in terms of saving time and reducing costs, and it allows for data collection from a larger number of individuals compared to other methods. A simple random sampling of 213 male and female secondary school teachers in Madinah was selected to represent the study sample. The study’s findings indicate that the digital environment in Madinah schools enjoys widespread acceptance and positive attitudes among teachers. However, it also requires continuous administrative support, the provision of appropriate digital tools and content, and focused and effective training programs. Furthermore, differences related to gender, years of experience, and the number of training courses revealed the importance of designing professional development programs that consider the characteristics of different teacher groups to ensure equal opportunities and maximize the benefits of digital transformation in education. The study recommended integrating digital performance indicators into school reports to ensure continuous monitoring of the quality of digital education and adopting digital assessment tools to more accurately measure the impact of digital education on academic achievement.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مدى توافر البيئة الرقمية في مدارس المدينة المنورة واتجاهات المعلمين والمعلمات نحوها، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليل عن طريق استخدام استبيانه حيث أنها من أكثر أدوات البحث انتشاراًً واستخداماًً في مجالات العلوم المختلفة، فهي أكثر فاعلية من حيث توفير الوقت وتقليل التكلفة، وإمكانية جمع البيانات عن أكبر عدد من الأفراد مقارنة بالوسائل الأخرى، حيث أُُخذت عينة بأسلوب العينة العشوائية البسيطة من المجتمع وبلغ عدد الاستجابات (253) من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانوية بالمدينة المنورة ليمثلوا عينة الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائجها أبرزها أن البيئة الرقمية في مدارس المدينة المنورة تحظى بقبول واسع واتجاهات إيجابية من قبل المعلمين والمعلمات، لكنها في الوقت ذاته تتطلب دع امًا إداريًًا مستمرًًا، وتوفير أدوات ومحتوى رقمي ملائم، وبرامج تدريبية مركزة وفعالة. كما أن الفروق المرتبطة بالجنس وسنوات الخبرة وعدد الدورات التدريبية تكشف عن أهمية تصميم برامج تطوير مهني تراعي خصائص الفئات المختلفة من المعلمين، لضمان تكافؤ الفرص وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من التحول الرقمي في التعليم. وقد أوصت الدراسة بإدماج مؤشرات الأداء الرقمية ضمن تقارير المدارس لضمان متابعة مستمرة لجودة التعليم الرقمي واعتماد أدوات تقييم رقمية لقياس أثر التعليم الرقمي على التحصيل الدراسي بشكل أكثر دقة.
